Overview

Fast, accessible business websites your team can update without a developer.

A company website usually has three jobs: explain the offer clearly, earn trust quickly and turn interest into a conversation. It also has to be easy for the marketing team to update next month. We start with the message and the structure, choose the platform that fits your team, and build with search, accessibility and speed in place from the first page rather than bolted on before launch.

What is included

  • Sitemap and page structure
  • Messaging and copy direction
  • Design system and page designs
  • CMS build and content migration
  • SEO, schema and analytics setup
  • Editor training and handover

What you can expect

  • A platform chosen for your team

WordPress, Webflow or Framer, picked on editing needs, integrations and budget, with the reasons written down.

  • Messaging that answers buyer questions

Page structure follows what visitors need to decide, so the right next step is always obvious.

  • Search and AI-search foundations

Clean URLs, metadata, schema, internal linking and fast pages are part of the build, not a later project.

  • An editing workflow that stays tidy

Reusable sections and sensible fields let editors publish pages that still look designed.

How a websites and CMS project runs

The same four-stage rhythm we use on every engagement, tuned for this kind of work.

  1. Plan the message

Agree audiences, the main pages and the action each page should lead to.

  2. Design the system

Create a component library and key page designs before building every template.

  3. Build and migrate

Develop on the chosen CMS, move existing content and set up redirects so nothing breaks.

  4. Launch and hand over

Test speed, accessibility and tracking, then train your editors on the live site.

Websites and CMS questions

What people usually ask before starting a websites and CMS project.

Which platform is right for our website: WordPress, Webflow or Framer?

WordPress suits content-heavy sites, complex integrations and teams that want full control of hosting. Webflow suits marketing teams who want visual editing and managed hosting with a strong CMS. Framer suits smaller, design-led sites and landing pages that change often. We recommend one after understanding who edits the site and what it must connect to.

How long does a business website take?

A focused business website of ten to twenty pages typically takes six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how ready the content is. Content is usually the longest step, so we agree the copy plan and owners in the first week.

Do you write the website copy?

We can. We offer messaging workshops and full copywriting, or editing and structuring of copy your team drafts. Either way, every page is written to answer the questions a buyer actually asks and to lead to one clear next step.

Will the new site keep our search rankings?

We protect existing rankings by mapping every old URL to its new home, setting 301 redirects, keeping or improving metadata and checking Search Console after launch. No one can guarantee rankings, but a careful migration avoids the common losses that come from broken links and missing pages.

Is the website accessible?

We design and build to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard: readable contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus, proper headings, alt text and accessible forms. We test with automated tools and by hand, and we train editors to keep new content accessible.

Can our team update the site after launch?

Yes. Editors get reusable sections and clear fields, a short written guide and a recorded training session. We can also stay on a maintenance plan for updates, backups, security and small changes.
