Apps, software and websites, built around how your business works

Dignisys is a product engineering studio in India. We plan, design, build and run digital products for growing companies.

Discovery sprint. Two to four weeks, fixed price, and a scope you can build from.

Technologies we build with

  • React
  • Next.js
  • Flutter
  • Swift
  • Kotlin
  • Node.js
  • Laravel
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL
  • AWS
  • WordPress
  • Webflow
  • Framer
  • Figma

Most software problems show up after launch, not before it. So we plan for the forgotten password, the weak signal, the second release and the person who maintains it next year.

What are you working on?
How defined is it?
When would you like to start?

A process you can see into

Four stages, a working demo every two weeks and decisions written down as they are made.

  1. Understand the problem

We talk to the people who will use and run the product, review what exists and agree the one result that matters most.

    • Goals and success measures
    • User and stakeholder notes
    • Risks and unknowns list
  2. Agree the plan

Scope, architecture, milestones and cost are written down and signed off before build work starts, with trade-offs made in the open.

    • Prioritised scope
    • Architecture note
    • Fixed-phase estimate
  3. Build in the open

Two-week cycles, a working demo at the end of each one, and a shared board where you can see exactly what is done, in progress and next.

    • Fortnightly demos
    • Shared project board
    • Weekly written update
  4. Launch and keep improving

We release carefully, watch real usage, fix what surfaces and hand over documentation, or stay on as your product team.

    • Launch checklist
    • Monitoring and alerts
    • Handover pack

Three ways to work with us

Start small with a fixed-price discovery, commit to a defined build, or keep a steady team on a live product.

01

Discovery sprint

Fixed price

Best whenYou have an idea or a problem, but not yet a defined scope.

What happensTwo to four weeks of workshops, research and prototyping that end in a prioritised scope, an architecture note and a reliable estimate.

02

Defined build

Milestone based

Best whenYou know what the first release must do and need it designed, built and launched.

What happensA dedicated team delivers in two-week cycles against agreed milestones, with demos, a shared board and change control in writing.

03

Ongoing product team

Monthly retainer

Best whenThe product is live and needs steady improvement, support and new features.

What happensA stable team with monthly capacity, a shared roadmap and agreed response times for support and maintenance.

Sectors where the details matter

We have built for teams whose software has to work in warehouses, on ships, at service counters and in classrooms.

  • 01

    Logistics and supply chain

Tracking, dispatch, warehouse and driver apps that cope with patchy networks.

  • 02

    Maritime and fleet operations

Fleet, crew and vessel software where reliability matters more than polish.

  • 03

    Digital marketplaces

Two-sided platforms with onboarding, payments, trust and dispute flows.

  • 04

    Public sector

Accessible citizen services and internal tools built to procurement standards.

  • 05

    Education and professional learning

Learning platforms, course tools and training portals for adult learners.

  • 06

    Immersive and creative technology

Interactive, AR and VR experiences that still need solid engineering underneath.

Questions buyers ask before they call

Short, direct answers. If yours is not here, ask us.

What does Dignisys do?

Dignisys is a product engineering and digital studio in India. We plan, design, build and support mobile apps, custom business software, SaaS platforms and websites, and we help companies grow them through UI/UX design, SEO and digital marketing. Most clients work with us from first idea through launch and ongoing improvement.

Can we start with just an idea?

Yes. Many projects begin with a short brief or a conversation. A fixed-price discovery sprint turns the idea into a defined problem, a prioritised scope, a prototype and a reliable estimate, so you can decide whether and how to build with real information rather than guesses.

Can you improve a product we already have?

Yes. We often take over existing apps, platforms and websites. We start with a short review of the code, infrastructure, usability and analytics, then give you a written list of what to fix now, what can wait and what to leave alone before any new work begins.

What affects the budget and timeline?

The main drivers are the number of user roles and screens, integrations with other systems, platform choices, content readiness and how much is already decided. A focused first release often takes eight to sixteen weeks. Discovery is priced separately and gives you a dependable estimate for the build.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

You do. Source code, designs and documentation are assigned to you once the related invoices are paid, and code lives in a repository you control from the first day. There are no licence fees for work we build for you.

How do you work with clients outside India?

We work with clients in India, the Middle East, Europe, the United States and Australia. We agree overlap hours for calls, share a project board and send written weekly updates, so progress is visible regardless of time zone. Contracts, invoicing and communication are in English.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share detailed plans, and confidentiality terms are part of every project agreement. Tick the NDA box on the enquiry form and we will send ours, or review yours.

What happens after launch?

You can keep us as an ongoing product team, move to a maintenance plan covering updates, monitoring and small changes, or hand over to your own developers. Each option is planned before launch, with documentation and access handed over properly.

Have something to build or fix?
