We reply to every enquiry within one business day with next steps, a few clarifying questions or a suggested call time. If your project is urgent, mention it in the message or contact us on WhatsApp.
What should we include in our message?
A few lines on what you want to build or fix, who it is for, any deadline and, if you know it, a budget range. Links to existing products or documents help. If you are unsure about any of this, send what you have and we will ask the rest.
Will you sign an NDA before we share details?
Yes. Tick the NDA option on the form and we will send a mutual NDA, or review yours, before you share confidential information.
Can we book a call directly?
Yes. Submit the form and we will reply with call slots, or message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time. First calls usually take thirty minutes and cover goals, constraints and possible next steps.
